Azulycia is one of my dolls in the Metamorphosis doll couple and she represents the rebirth.
Her arms are open to a new spring and her delicate blue wings will take her anywhere the wind blows.
She has a bright spirit and a soft soul, she is delicate yet strong.
Azulycia is made of textiles and clay, her wings are a very thin fabric hand-dyed in blue and gold,
embroidered with silver thread and hardened with textile hardener. They are a little translucent with some light netted textile in front of it.
I made her garment with beautiful white pongé silk and vintage lace and her hair is made with Teeswater fleece, She is crowned with a tiny blue butterfly.
Azulycia too is seated on a handmade stool of wood and velvet, with legs made of small chess pieces.
She measures approx H 55 x D 33 x W 36 cm' s.
A tiny handmade booklet with her story will accompany her

Shipment takes place from the Netherlands, EU with Track & Trace.
I aim to ship within a week after purchase.
You will receive a shipment notification with tracking link via my shop.
Please keep an eye out for any updates about delivery dates,
if items are returned to me, new shipment costs must be charged.
I take great care in packing my artworks as securely as possible,
using recycled* bubblewrap and sending in a sturdy mailing box.
However, if you wish to have your shipment insured against loss or damage,
please contact me for a special courier shipment quote straight after your purchase.
