Theatre Doll Sculpture, H 46 x W 30 cm
This sculpture was built from a little wooden box on a wooden platform with chess piece "feet"
The doll is made of textiles, clay, antique black lace and wool and she carries a little mountain crystal inside her chest.
Inside the theatre box I placed small mirrors and gilded flowers from an 18th century French Globe de Mariée (Marriage Dome) and a gorgeous glass pendulum that hangs suspended like an enormous tear, reflecting the tiny golden stars that are painted on the walls of the theatre and the mysterious handwritten text from the antique postcards.

I aim to ship within a week after purchase, if for some reason it will be longer, I will contact you with an estimate shipping time.

if items are returned to me, new shipment costs must be charged.
I take great care in packing my artworks as securely as possible,
using recycled* bubblewrap and sending in a sturdy mailing box.
However, if you wish to have your shipment insured against loss or damage,
please contact me for a special courier shipment quote straight after your purchase.
