Wolf Maiden runs through the dusky woods when the world shifts from here to there, from one thing to the other, from day to night. The in-between space where nothing is what it seems and all is held by the hands of shadow.
Her physical form morphs between that of a maiden and that of a wolf,
yet her spirit is always belonging to the wilderness.
This doll is made with lots of lovely vintage embroidery, antique lace, silver stitched, faux fur and silver beads.
A fossilised tooth adorns the chest of the wolf.
They measure 40 x 37 cm's
🎨 ABOUT PANTOVOLA
I make handmade textile sculptures and art dolls since 2015 inspired by Fairytales and Folklore, Victorian Ghost Stories, Dreams and the Natural Queendom.
My creations are all lovingly made by me in my homestudio using mostly vintage & antique fabrics and curios, water based paints and air drying clay.
I try to give a good representation of the artworks with my photographs,
however some colours may slightly vary depending on screen calibration

Shipment takes place from the Netherlands, EU with Track & Trace.
I aim to ship within a week after purchase.
You will receive a shipment notification with tracking link via my shop.
Please keep an eye out for any updates about delivery dates,
if items are returned to me, new shipment must be charged.
I take great care in packing my artworks as securely as possible,
using recycled bubblewrap and sending in a sturdy mailing box.
However, if you wish to have your shipment insured against loss or damage,
please contact me for a special courier shipment quote straight after your purchase.
